Introduction Welcome to Milonce (https://milonce.store). These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and supply of our premium apparel products to you. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
1. International Orders & Acceptance
- Placing an Order: Orders can be placed globally through our website. Please ensure all your shipping addresses, contact details, and sizes are double-checked before completing the order.
- Contract of Sale: Your order represents an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious/fraudulent activity.
2. Pricing, Payments, and Currency
- Currency: All prices on the store are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international shipments outside of Sri Lanka, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
3. Products, Imagery, and Sizing
- Color Accuracy: We strive to display the colors of our t-shirts and premium Gold/Silver logo prints as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual product color.
- Sizing: Please refer strictly to our Size Guide before purchasing. Jars or items washed/worn cannot be exchanged due to customer sizing errors.
4. Global Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Carriers: We ship globally from Sri Lanka using reliable international couriers (e.g., DHL Express, EMS, or FedEx).
- Delivery Delays: While we estimate delivery times during checkout, Milonce is not liable for delays outside our control, including customs clearance delays, postal strikes, or severe weather conditions.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the international shipping carrier.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds (Global Policy)
- 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your package for faulty or incorrect items.
- Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect size choice, the buyer is responsible for paying international return shipping fees. Milonce will cover shipping costs only if the product is defective or incorrect.
- Exclusions: Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Milonce supplies products for private, personal use only. We are not liable for any business losses, loss of profit, or indirect consequential damages arising from the use or delayed delivery of our products.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, where the brand operates and ships from.
